블랙 라이즈(Black Rise)
PVP를 원하는 캡슐리어들이 모이는 로섹 리전이다.
1. 지리적 특성
지역적으로 Essence, Lonetrek, Placid을 접하고 있고 Cloud Ring 널섹 리전과 연결되어있다. 칼다리와 갈란테 성계가 혼재되어 있으며 시타델은 많이 앵커되어 있으나 누구나 사용할 수 있는 프리포트는 적다. FW지역이기에 랫질사이트 혹은 가스사이트 등은 거의 없으며 스테이션에도 밀리샤 미션 에이전트 외의 일반 미션 에이전트는 드물다.
인접 상권
지타와 가장 가까운 성계가 5점프로 보급이 용이할것으로 생각할 수 있지만 로섹으로 들어오는 통로인 Norvukaiken - Tama 게이트엔 거의 24시간 게이트 캠프가 펼쳐져 있으며 그 게이트 캠프만을 컨텐츠로 하는 코퍼레이션이 주변에 시타델을 박고 활동 중이다.
블랙라이즈는 시스터 미션 및 갈란테 미션 지역인 Essence와 연결되어 있고, 가까운 거리내에 주요 상권 중 하나인 도딕시가 지타 다음으로 가까운 상권이다. 그나마 여기가 게이트 캠프가 비교적 잘 없는 편이다.
하이섹 상권을 이용하지 않는다면, Placid 리전의 Vlillirier IV - Moon 13 - Wiyrkomi Corporation Warehouse 스테이션이 전 성계 57위 마켓으로 가장 큰 편이다.
블랙라이즈 리전 내에서는 유저 시타델인 킵스타 마켓이 가장 큰데 대표적으로 블랙라이즈 북부지역의 Kinakka - WAFFLE HAUS OPEN 24/7 *를 들 수 있겠고 그 다음으로 남부지역의 Nisuwa VII - State Protectorate Logistic Support가 대표적이다.
블랙라이즈는 기본적으로 밀리샤 지역이기에, 밀리샤에 소속되었을 경우 특정 상권을 이용하지 못할 수도 있으니 스테이션이 어디에 점령되어 있는지에 주의해야 한다.
